Memberships are recurring with a charge on the same day each month.
Memberships that start on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month will renew on the 28th of each month.
Memberships with a minimum monthly requirement, may not be cancelled until that number of months have passed. Otherwise memberships may be cancelled at any time by filling out the form at www.playhoboken.com/cancel. We do not accept cancellation requests by phone, by email or in person.
Memberships are intended to be kept and intended for those who visit frequently enough for the membership to be worthwhile OR to those who wish to support the cause of providing the services that Play Hoboken provides to the community.
There is no possibility to freeze a membership or pause a membership and we reserve the right to deny anyone from having a membership who seems to be frequently ending and restarting their membership.
